As fiduciary stewards of Los Encinos School, the Administration and the Board of Trustees work together to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the school. During the data-driven budgeting process, factors such as program and facility needs, economic forecasts, and fundraising capacity are all used to set tuition to align with the school’s mission and strategic goals.
As of June 30, 2025, Los Encinos School maintains a strong financial position. Grants increased as a percentage of overall revenue allowing for the launch of the ASL program while fundraising supported other new programs such as Eagle Days and campus projects.

Where Do Tuition Dollars Go?
Tuition remains the primary source of revenue for the school. Where do tuition dollars go? The $38,500 tuition for the 2024-2025 school year funded employee salaries and benefits, educational supplies and activities, facilities, security, technology, and general administration of the school, as illustrated below.
