Revenue & Expenses
by Nicole Pennington, Business Officer
Staying small takes careful planning. The Administration and Board of Trustees work together as fiduciary stewards, ensuring Los Encinos School thrives not just this year, but for generations of Eagles to come.
Through a data-driven budgeting process, factors such as program and facility needs, economic forecasts, and fundraising capacity all inform tuition decisions that align with the school's mission and strategic goals.
As of June 30, 2026, Los Encinos School maintains a strong financial position. Tuition remains the school's primary source of revenue, complemented by fundraising, investments, and other sources that continue to diversify our budget and sustain the experiences and opportunities that define a Los Encinos education.
Following the signing of a new long-term lease at the close of the 2024–2025 fiscal year, the school launched a one million dollar campus improvement project across both the upper and lower campuses, reinforcing our long-term commitment to the students and families who call LES their second home.
