MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
by Angie Adinamis, Board Chair '25-'27
As Trustees, our role is one of stewardship. We are entrusted with protecting and advancing the mission of Los Encinos – not only for the students and families who are part of our community today, but for the generations of students who will follow.
The responsibility we have as members of the Board guides our decisions, our priorities, and our commitment to ensuring that Los Encinos remains strong, vibrant, and true to its mission.
Throughout the 2025-2026 school year, we have been proud to see continued investment in our students, our faculty and staff, and the spaces and programs that enrich the educational experience.
From innovative learning opportunities and new and enhanced facilities to the many traditions and experiences that bring our community together, we continue to build thoughtfully upon the strong foundation established by those who came before us.
Stewardship also means recognizing that the strength of a school is ultimately found in its people. We are deeply grateful to our dedicated faculty and staff, whose commitment to our students is at the heart of everything they do. We are equally grateful to our families, whose partnership, volunteerism, and generosity make so much of what happens at Los Encinos possible.
Looking ahead, the Board remains focused on the long-term health and sustainability of the school. We will continue to ask how we can best preserve what makes Los Encinos distinctive while embracing new opportunities to evolve, grow, and prepare our students for an ever-changing world.
It is a privilege to serve as stewards of this extraordinary school. We are proud of what our community has accomplished this year and excited about the future we are building together.
Thank you for your trust, your partnership, and your continued belief in the mission of Los Encinos School.
